2. Products & Pricing

• All prices listed on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Given many products are handcrafted, slight variations in wood grain, cane weave, or fabric texture from the images shown are natural and not considered defects.
• We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or discontinue any product listed on this website at any time without prior notice.
• Custom orders (fabric, finish, or configuration changes) may carry different pricing and lead times, communicated at the time of order confirmation.

3. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (e.g. in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability).
• We accept payment via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and direct bank transfer.
• For direct bank transfer orders, production/dispatch begins only after funds have cleared in our account.
• An order confirmation will be sent via email/WhatsApp once payment is received.

4. Lead Time & Delivery

• Standard lead time is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the product and any customization requested. Custom orders may take longer, communicated at the time of order.
• Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or courier delays outside our control.
• Please inspect your item at the time of delivery where possible, and report any visible transit damage immediately.
